JogaThis type of exercising has roots way back before our era. The meaning of the word Yoga means “to unite”, this exercise therefore helps to connect the body with the soul.

Yoga has many kinds of exercises, from the easy ones to the more difficult ones. The rhythm of going from individual positions, length of concentration on breathing and being aware of your own body is also varying in different kinds of yoga.


  • Vinyasa flow yoga - puts emphasis on faster transition into more difficult positions. Yoga classes are led by a MgA Lenka Kolářová.

  • Generally called lectures of Yoga - containing elements from Power Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, which uses exercising tools, Couple Yoga - exercising in couples and Yoga Relaxation. These are led by Mgr. Veronika Vondráková.

With yoga you can achieve:

  • Stretching all the muscle groups

  • The body will wake up

  • The mind will calm down

  • Positive mood


The exercises by us are led by university educated physiotherapists, who put emphasis on the correct body posture and compensation of wrong body patterns, which you use during the day while sitting in front of a computer, car, etc.


MgA. Lenka Kolářová is very nice, energetic woman with empathy and tolerance that no one is perfect. In her lectures she focuses on warming up and spreading the energy in the body with Vinyasa Flow Yoga, which is about harmonizing the positions (asanas), movement, breath and already mentioned energy in the body. The lecture is ended with short meditation. Lenka Kolářová is thoroughly helping others to do the best possible execution of the positions, so that you would feel great in the end. The lectures are led with emphasis on feeling the tension and pressure in the individual positions and in the end she is able to comfortably calm you down. After the exercise you will feel charged with positive energy.

Mgr. Veronika Vondráková is very smiley and nice woman, who is shining with peace, balance and ease. On her lectures you will try different kinds of yoga, which she studied on courses focused on yoga for physiotherapist, as she continues to study Yoga and yoga therapies while studying at the same time on FTVS UK. As a physiotherapist she leads her lectures with regards to the health condition and physical abilities of the individual or group. After the lecture you will feel rested and relaxed with positive emotions.
