“Stretch your body in the morning, exercises with us and start your day with us!”

clprotahovani jogaIf you feel stiff in the morning and you can hardly get back into the “rhythm” of daily life, there is nothing better than to start your energy for the whole day with morning exercise by us! By us you can use the morning exercising sessions in small groups, which are led under the control of experienced physiotherapist, you can slowly and gradually prepare your body for whole day activity.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

You can look forward to pleasant stretching, which will relax your body and stiff joints from head to heels. And Core exercise with various tools, which will gradually warm you up and strengthen even the deepest muscles. Your body will be that way better prepared to deal with the day. You will be more flexible and thanks to the core exercise you will strengthen your body and you will also be more healthy. You will simply feel great, and it will also reflect into your mental point of view. There is no better way how to start the day, other than my movement and with smile.

FOR WHO IS THE EXERCISE IDEAL?

The class is open for everyone, who does not suffer from acute pain or injury.

WHAT DO I HAVE TO BRING ALONG?

Bring clothes in which you could exercise (shorts would be optional), exercising is done barefooted, or in anti-slippery socks. Bring water with yourself as well and smaller towel.
And the joy to work out! :-)

WHO LEADS THE CLASSES?

Stretching & Core is led by university educated physiotherapists, who put emphasis on the correct body posture and compensation of incorrect movement patterns, which you may be using throughout the day while sitting in front of the computer, in a car, etc.
