Exercising for pregnant women

Start to exercise regularly for your health! Come and stretch your spine, stretch your shortened muscles and strengthen those weakened ones. Your back will stop hurting and your mobility and joint range will increase.

Exercinsing for pregnant women has one big psychological meaning for:

CAN EVERY MOTHER COME?

We recommend the exercising to mother with physiological pregnancy, mothers who are healthy, they feel well and don’t have any complications, and they do not have risky pregnancy

EXERCISES ARE SPLIT ACCORDING TO THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE PREGNANCY:

  • I. and II. trimester - for mothers between 0 - 6 months
  • III. trimester - for mothers between 7 - 9 months of pregnancy

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING WITH YOURSELF?

  • Comfortable clothes, shoes are not necessary, exercising is done barefooted
  • Water to stay hydrated
